Flat price discount for negotiated pricing

With this release, a new Flat price discount type is added to give Marketplace Managers more flexibility when creating negotiated pricing offers. In addition to the existing Percentage and Fixed amount discount types, this option lets managers assign a fixed unit price for charges directly, making it easier to support consistent pricing scenarios without manual recalculations.

• Flat price is now available as a third discount type alongside Percentage and Fixed amount.
• Allows Marketplace Managers to set a fixed unit price for a charge instead of calculating a discount from the list price.
• Supports negotiated pricing scenarios such as per-seat deals and flat-price store offers where all items are set to a fixed amount.
• Available across checkout, opportunities, contract renewals, and subscription updates to keep the customer's price stable even if the catalog list price changes.
• Supports recurring, one-time, and setup charges.
• Compatible with existing coupon, eligibility, and user limit rules, including applying the discount to the entire invoice or to specific units with minimum and maximum user limits.
• New tooltips added to the discount creation and edit forms explain Percentage, Fixed amount, and Flat price discount types in the UI.

UI updates

• Discount Type — Flat price is a new option alongside Percentage and Fixed amount.

• Discount type tooltips — New tooltips added to the discount type options help Marketplace Managers understand how each type works.

• Order summary and invoice preview — Displays the discount type and original list price.

Known limitation

• Usage-rate charges are not supported in this release.
